The Health and Safety Lawyers Association of Ireland (HSLAI) held one of its regular conferences on 24th May 2012. The topics covered were, ‘Reverse Burdens and the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005’ and ‘Proposed Changes to the Reportable Accidents Regulations’.
